Four properties are inherited by every pillar, every academy, every document and every agent in the universe. They are not style guidelines and they are not aspirations printed on a wall. They are the operational tests that decide whether a claim is allowed to ship at all.
Version-controlled or it is a lie. Everything else in this list exists to make that sentence enforceable.
Each property is written here the way it is enforced — as a condition a page must satisfy before it is permitted to exist, not as a virtue the author is asked to remember.
Every substantive claim carries a class — Durable, Semi-durable, or Perishable — and a review interval implied by that class. A page whose review interval has elapsed is marked stale on its own face rather than silently trusted. Nothing here pretends to be permanent.
Every substantive claim carries an explicit null, the disconfirming evidence where it exists, and a decision rule. A claim that cannot be wrong is not knowledge and does not ship.
An ethics reviewer with genuine veto exists before the first publication, not after the first incident. Governance is architecture here, not remediation.
No page changes without a changelog entry. This is the axiom. It is enforced mechanically by static hosting, which makes silent revision technically impossible rather than merely discouraged.
Everything a visitor reads is a file in a repository. Changing a file requires a commit, a review and a deployment — and each of those leaves a record that cannot be removed without leaving a further record.
Because pages are static files under version control, there is no admin panel that can quietly rewrite history. The commit log is the audit trail, and it is public.
A change you cannot see is a change that did not happen. Every substantive edit ships with a changelog entry and a diff a reader can inspect.
Every dependency that has not yet been engineered away is a defect, and defects in this universe are published rather than managed — with an owner and a date.
